All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, authorized by our Customer Service, in order to be accepted. RMA numbers can be obtained by contacting us at email@example.com and 317-800-7756. Please include provided RMA# on the outside of the box so our returns department can easily refer back to your order.
Batteries will be replaced within 18 months of transaction if the battery tests badly after charging and load testing by our returns department. After 18 months, the warranty is void. Replacement batteries are not warrantied. The warranty will become void if the customer opens the caps or sealed top of battery. If a battery is returned for a refund, it should not be damaged by the customer or look tampered with. We do not warrant damaged or abused batteries caused by overcharging or installation. We highly recommend proper packaging when shipping back batteries for warrantied replacements. If the battery is received back to us damaged, they will not be considered for replacement.
Chrome Pro Battery warrants only to the original purchaser that:
1) This battery is free of defects in material and workmanship for 18 months or as indicated otherwise;
2) Prior to installation or use, the state of charge of this battery has been maintained at a level equal to or greater than the minimum level considered necessary under industry standards for batteries to perform effectively upon their use or installation. If adjustment is necessary due to a defect in material or workmanship or state of charge below minimum industry standards prior to installation or use, and the battery is NOT MERELY DISCHARGED after installation or use, then upon return of the battery to Chrome Pro Battery:
Chrome Pro Battery failure rates are among the lowest in the industry, and we have dedicated ourselves to supply only top quality batteries. Still, we do realize that, as rare as it is, you may have received a defective product. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow our simple process below, and we promise to make it right.
When sending a package back to us, it is highly recommended that you request delivery confirmation if you are shipping with USPS. Other major carriers, such as FedEx and UPS, will provide tracking numbers for your shipment. Chrome Pro Battery will not be held responsible for lost or returned packages. All returns must be prepaid as we do not cover the cost of return shipping charges.
Replacement batteries will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving the testing results. If the item you are requesting replacement of is on back-order, you will be notified via email estimating when we anticipate shipping the replacement.
Chrome Pro Battery is not responsible for any damage caused by the internal components of product.
Warranties do not apply to alkaline batteries, or any other non-re-chargeable batteries.
