CHROME PRO BATTERY PRODUCT WARRANTY

All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, authorized by our Customer Service, in order to be accepted. RMA numbers can be obtained by contacting us at info@chromeprobattery.com and 317-564-4278. Please include provided RMA# on the outside of the box so our returns department can easily refer back to your order.

Chrome Battery Warranty

Your Chrome Battery purchase is covered by an 18-month warranty, valid for a one-time use. This warranty applies to the original purchase only and does not extend to replacement batteries provided under the warranty. Please review the details below.

Refunds and Replacements

  • Within 60 Days of Purchase: If your product arrives defective, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement. If the return is not related to product quality, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact our customer service team to verify if your battery is under warranty.
  • After 60 Days, but Within the 18-Month Warranty Period: You may request a one-time replacement for a defective product. The defective item does not need to be returned, but the customer is responsible for covering the shipping cost of the replacement. Discounted shipping rates are available on our website.

Important Notes:

The warranty is for one-time use only and applies solely to the original purchase. Once a refund or replacement has been issued, the warranty is considered fulfilled and no further claims can be made.

Replacements provided under warranty do not come with a new warranty. If the replacement arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for another replacement.

Chrome Pro Battery is not responsible for any damage caused by the internal components of product.

Warranties do not apply to alkaline batteries, or any other non-re-chargeable batteries.
