RETURN POLICY

To return a product to Chrome Pro Battery, please contact us at info@chromeprobattery.com or 317-800-7756.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES

Customer will be responsible for return shipping of defective product. Upon confirmation of defectiveness, Chrome Pro Battery will reimburse shipping cost (with proof of shipping purchase) and will be responsible for shipping of new replacement battery. We are not responsible for incorrect orders or items no longer wanted or needed. We do offer discounted pre-paid USPS return labels for purchase at our rate if desired. Chrome Pro Battery is not responsible for lost or damaged packages while in transit to us.

Once you have received your RMA#, simply write it on the outside of the box and ship to our returns dept:

Required Condition of Returned Items -

The warranty will become void if the customer opens the caps or sealed top of battery.
If a battery is returned for a refund, it should not be damaged by the customer or look tampered with.
How The Customer Receives Their Refund -

When a refund is issued, the refunded amount will be applied to the original source of payment.
